Artificial Intelligence Applications and Entrepreneurship

WYF organized a workshop on December 13th to discuss startups and Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications. The humanitarian use of AI was manifested in this workshop by presenting its usage to enable blind swimmers to swim safely without hitting pool barriers. Many speakers gave speeches about their experience in startups and AI. For example, Nadine Ketchedjian, one of the entrepreneurs in Cairo, spoke about Personal Branding, through analyzing weaknesses, strengths, opportunities, and threats. Also, Joris Mertens, a programmer in the field of robots and AI, presented the process of robots and showed some models of robots capable of recognizing pictures and objects.
